Hazelnut cream tiramisu

An incredibly good and homemade spoon dessert with our Parodi spreadable Ligurian hazelnut cream. Simple and quick to prepare, this tasty dessert will satisfy your senses and make you fall in love with it from the first bite.

  • Before starting to prepare the recipe, it is important to adopt a small trick to get the best result: make sure you take the Mascarpone out of the fridge 30 minutes before preparing it.
  • To prepare the Ligurian hazelnut cream tiramisu il Parodi you will first need to take a large bowl and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Once the bowl is cold, pour the cream into it (this ingredient must also be very cold) and proceed to whip it until stiff. Then keep it aside.
  • At this point , take another bowl and put the Mascarpone and the hazelnut cream inside . Gently work the two ingredients until you obtain a velvety and homogeneous cream.
  • Then add the cream previously whipped and kept aside to the mousse obtained , mixing everything from the bottom up.
  • At the end of the operation, prepare the coffee , which, once ready, you will add the cold milk (the amount of milk varies according to your tastes).
  • At this point, put the coffee diluted with the milk in a deep dish and quickly wet the ladyfingers.
  • When the operation is completed, form a layer of biscuits in a baking dish with the wet ladyfingers and cover it with the previously prepared hazelnut cream.
  • Then layer another layer of soaked ladyfingers and another layer of mousse. Proceed by alternating cream and biscuits until all the ingredients are used up.
  • After this operation , decorate your hazelnut cream tiramisu with cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts.
  • Before serving this spoon dessert, let it rest for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
