Hazelnut Cream Tiramisu Recipe

An incredibly delicious and homemade dessert with our Parodi Ligurian hazelnut spread. Quick and easy to make, this delicious dessert will delight your senses and make you fall in love from the first bite.

Preparation

  • Before starting to prepare the recipe, it's important to take a small precaution to ensure the best results: make sure you take the Mascarpone out of the fridge 30 minutes before preparing it.

  • To prepare the tiramisu with Ligurian hazelnut cream by Parodi, you will first need to take a large bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Once the bowl is cold , pour in the cream (this ingredient must also be very cold) and whip it until stiff. Then set it aside.
  • Now , take another bowl and add the mascarpone and hazelnut cream. Gently mix the two ingredients until you obtain a smooth, velvety cream.
  • Then add the previously whipped cream that was kept aside to the mousse obtained , mixing everything from the bottom up.
  • Once the operation is finished, prepare the coffee , to which, once ready, you will add the cold milk (the quantity of milk varies according to your tastes).
  • At this point, put the coffee diluted with milk in a deep dish and quickly dip the ladyfingers in it.
  • Once the operation is finished, in a baking dish, form a layer of biscuits with the soaked ladyfingers and cover it with the hazelnut cream prepared previously.
  • Then add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and another layer of mousse. Continue alternating cream and biscuits until all the ingredients are used up.
  • Once this operation is finished, decorate your hazelnut cream tiramisu with cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts.
  • Before serving this dessert, it is necessary to let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
