Tartelletta alla crema di nocciola

Hazelnut cream tartlet

The tartlets are prepared with a base of shortcrust pastry, whose shape resembles that of a basket and filling it with our hazelnut cream will make it unique and delicious. Follow the recipe and amaze everyone!

100 g of “00” flour
100 g of Ligurian hazelnut flour
90 g of sugar
100 g of butter
A pinch of salt
Ligurian hazelnut cream @ilparodi

With one hand or in a planetary mixer, mix the soft butter, sugar and a pinch of salt until it is compact and homogeneous. Add the flour and mix everything until you get a compact compound.
Butter the tart molds and create the bases with a part of the dough, finally bake at 160° for about 15 minutes. Once they are ready, fill the bases with the Ligurian hazelnut cream
