Hazelnut Cream Tartlet Recipe

These tartlets are made with a shortcrust pastry base, shaped like a basket. Filling them with our hazelnut cream makes them unique and delicious. Follow the recipe and impress everyone!

INGREDIENTS :


100 g of “00” flour
100 g of Ligurian hazelnut flour
90 g of sugar
100 g of butter
A pinch of salt
Ligurian Hazelnut Cream @ilparodi

METHOD:


Using your hands or a stand mixer, mix the soft butter, sugar, and pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. Add the flour and mix until the dough comes together.
Butter the tartlet molds and create the bases with a portion of the dough, then bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes. Once they are ready, fill the bases with the Ligurian hazelnut cream.
